Terms of Service

These proposed terms describe the current Satsun Voice Studio and developer API beta. They are provided for review and are not approved final Terms of Service.

Invitation-only accounts

The beta requires an approved invitation and an authenticated, verified identity. Each beta user receives a separate account relationship for credits, projects, generations and API keys. Access can be suspended or revoked through the operator workflow. Sending an invitation request does not automatically grant access or credits.

Using Satsun Voice

The current product generates speech from submitted text using published Satsun voices. Available voices and languages are those shown by the service. Users can retrieve completed audio, download WAV files, organize generation references in projects and use the developer API when their plan permits it.

Submit content you are authorized to process. Keep account credentials and API keys secure, and do not attempt to access another user's information, bypass limits or create repeated accounts to obtain additional beta allowances. Review generated audio before publishing it or relying on it.

Beta credits and request limits

Before submission, Studio displays a character estimate and estimated credits. The server applies the account's configured allowance, maximum text length, request rate, character throughput and concurrency limits. Studio and API generation use the same credit account.

Generation reserves units, then settles them once on success or releases them on failure. Repeating an identical API request with the same idempotency key returns the original generation without a duplicate TTS charge. A new generation or intentional regeneration consumes credits. Playback, download, project save/reopen and API-key creation or revocation do not add TTS credits.

The current beta has no payment checkout or paid subscription activation. Exhausted beta credits do not trigger a charge. Contact support about beta access or allowance questions.

API keys and generated audio

Full API keys are shown once. Store them securely for server-side use and revoke a key if it may have been exposed. API keys are scoped to their account and cannot administer accounts, projects or other keys. Revoking a key prevents further use of that key; it does not by itself delete completed audio.

Completed audio is available subject to account access and the configured retention period. Project deletion removes project references, not the underlying audio. See the draft Privacy Policy and account deletion information for the current data-handling workflow.

Availability and support

Requests may queue, fail, time out or be limited. Studio shows status and service errors, and the API returns status/error responses. These draft terms do not establish an uptime guarantee, a support response deadline or a guarantee that every narration will meet a particular use.

Contact Satsun Voice support at support@satsuntech.com for account, credit or generation issues. Do not send credentials in a support message.

Review before external public beta

Legal review must finalize these terms before external public beta, including any applicable provisions on content rights, responsibilities, liability, privacy and account closure. This draft does not invent ownership transfers, refund promises, legal jurisdiction or additional guarantees.
