Account deletion

Sign in to Studio, open your account settings and choose Request account deletion. The request immediately suspends your beta account and prevents further Studio/API use. Support can also assist with a request.

What is removed

After in-flight work finishes, an authorized operator removes your beta application’s narration text, stored audio and projects, and revokes its API keys. The deletion workflow is restricted to the dedicated beta application linked to your Firebase user; it cannot delete other accounts or application-owned content outside that beta account.

What is retained

Usage, reservations, immutable ledger records and a minimal deletion record remain for accounting, security and repeat-signup prevention. They do not need the narration text or audio. Final audit-retention periods require legal review. Identity deletion is handled separately to avoid deleting a Firebase identity used by another Satsun application.

A deletion request is not a promise of immediate physical erasure. Contact support to follow up. Deleting a project alone removes references, not its audio.
